7-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kroy Korn Gourmet Popcorn purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Exchange Policy for Damaged Products If your popcorn arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly exchange it for a fresh replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us at Info@Kroykorn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items.
10-Day Freshness Guarantee We guarantee the freshness of all our gourmet popcorn for 10 days from the date of purchase. If your popcorn doesn't meet our freshness standards, we'll make it right.
Return Process To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us at Info@Kroykorn.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for damaged items
Return Conditions
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless damaged
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-damaged items
